Prihoda were involved in the design and supply of bespoke fabric ducts for the canteen and sports hall at Whitmore School, North London.
In the canteen 4 half round diffusers were suspended between ‘Lay in Grid’ ceiling rows forming an aesthetic and effective diffuser design. A mixture of laser cut perforations laid in blocks on the duct circumference delivered air in inductive air patterns, ensuring maximum mixing without occupied zone velocity.
In the sports hall we installed 3 wipe clean non permeable fabric ducts. Air was delivered down the walls to ensure a draught free badminton sports hall. Both areas presented challenging design requirements, but through the nature of bespoke fabric ducting design resulted in optimum conditions being achieved.
