The Farm located at Snitterfield, near Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire is a unique food destination that showcases local artisan produce and promotes wholesome, home grown and sustainable food.
The Farm is a collective of artisan food producers, a whole food café, farm shop and delicatessen, including a butchers and fishmonger, baker, wine merchant, fermented foods, chilli farmer, chocolatier and florist who all produce on site in micro kitchens which can be viewed by the public.
Prihoda designed, supplied and installed the fabric duct systems for the whole project. Our use of air flow graphics to demonstrate the direction and velocity of air helped enormously in allowing the client to visualise the air pattern design around the different farmshop concessions.
